Alberto Del Rio’s WWE career was relatively brief, but he accomplished a lot, winning two WWE Championships, two World Heavyweight Championships, the Money in the Bank briefcase, and the 2011 Royal Rumble. The last several months of his WWE career were less eventful, though — after losing the World Heavyweight Title to John Cena in October of 2013, Del Rio floundered, and by summer of 2014, he was reportedly considering leaving the company when his contract expired.
